Terms of Service

1. What ThoughtFlow OS is

ThoughtFlow OS ("the Service") helps you capture messy thinking and channel it into five directions: Create, Solve, Plan, Understand, and Release. By using thoughtflow-os.vercel.app you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

Some features use a local account (email, name, and a password that is hashed on your device and never sent to us). Your account and Content live in your browser — they do not sync between devices unless you enable an explicit sync feature. You are responsible for keeping your device and password secure, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.

3. Plans and billing

Free plan: core capture and structuring features, subject to fair-use limits.

Pro plan: $9 USD per month or $72 USD per year, unlocking unlimited semantic Flow reasoning, unlimited sourced Research Bridge runs, unlimited Thought Genesis workspaces, and priority access to future durable multi-device memory.

Payments are processed by Flutterwave. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices exclude taxes where applicable.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep Pro until then and are not charged again. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund terms.

5. Your content

Your thoughts, entries, and uploads ("Content") remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your Content solely to operate the Service — for example, running the structuring directions you choose. We do not sell your Content and do not use it to train models without your consent.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: break the law; upload malware or attempt to disrupt the Service; abuse, harass, or impersonate others; scrape the Service at abusive rates; or resell access without permission. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Not a medical product

ThoughtFlow OS is a thinking tool, not a medical or therapeutic product. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or clinical advice. If you are struggling, please reach out to a qualified professional or a crisis helpline in your country.

8. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is". We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation, and we may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThoughtFlow OS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
